Hon. Milan Jayathilake,— To ask the Minister of Wildlife and Forest Resources Conservation,—
(a) Will she inform this House—
(i) of the development activities carried out in Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage;
(ii) of the due date on which the aforesaid development activities to be completed; and
(iii) whether the website of the said institution will be updated in order to ensure tourist attraction?
(b) Will she also inform this House—
(i) of the total number of local and foreign tourist arrivals recorded in the above mentioned Elephant Orphanage from the year 2020 up to now; and
(ii) of the revenue generated by the Orphanage during the aforesaid period, separately, by each year?
(c) If not, why?
