Hon. Premnath C. Dolawatte, Attorney at Law,— To ask the Minister of Education,—
(a) Will he inform this House—
(i) of the schools with teacher shortage and without drinking water facilities, toilet facilities, laboratory, library and sports facilities, out of the schools in Colombo district that are under the Central Government and the Provincial Council, separately as per Divisional Secretariat Division;
(ii) of the name and address of each of the said schools separately;
(iii) whether steps will be taken to address the shortcomings that prevail in those schools; and
(iv) if not, of the time required for that?
(b) If not, why?
