Hon. Gayantha Karunatilleka,— To ask the Minister of Agriculture,—
(a) Will he inform this House—
(i) the amount of liquid milk requirement in Sri Lanka as a percentage and in litres of the annual milk requirement, separately;
(ii) whether there is fixed price for liquid milk;
(iii) the steps that have been taken to increase the liquid milk production in Sri Lanka during past two years; and
(iv) the steps that have been taken to increase liquid milk consumption in Sri Lanka?
(b) If not, why?
