Hon. K. Sujith Sanjaya Perera,— To ask the Minister of Public Services, Provincial Councils & Local Government,—
(a) Will he inform this House—
(i) the number of Local Government Institutions situated in Sabaragamuwa Province; and
(ii) the names of the aforesaid Local Government Institutions are?
(b) Will he also inform this House, separately—
(i) the total number of approved labourer posts;
(ii) the total number of approved health labourer posts;
(iii) the total number of labourers serving at present; and
(iv) the total number of health labourers serving at present;
in each Local Government Institute ?
(c) Will he further inform this House—
(i) whether there is a shortage or excessive number of staff in the aforesaid labourer posts; and
(ii) the measure that will be taken by the Ministry regarding aforesaid shortage or excessive number of staff ?
(d) If not, why?
