Chandima Weerakkody,— To ask the Minister of Justice,— Is he aware that the construction work of the new court complex that is being constructed at Beligaha Junction in Galle is progressing slowly? Will he inform this House— whether necessary steps have been taken to expedite the construction work of the aforesaid court complex; whether adequate financial provisions are available for that at present; if not, of the sources from which necessary financial provisions will be obtained; and of the steps that will be taken to expedite its construction work once the aforesaid financial provisions have been received; If not, why?
