Hon. Hesha Withanage,—To ask the Minister of Transport Service Management,—
(a) Will he inform this House—
(i) the number of railway compartments that has been removed from operation from 2010 up to now;
(ii) out of the number of compartments so removed, the number of compartments that has been repaired and added to the service;
(iii) the name of the institution that repaired those compartments;
(iv) the amount of money spent for that; and
(v) whether he can submit the programme of the Ministry that has been prepared to add the rest of the compartments, that have been removed from operation, to the service again?
(b) If not, why?
