Hon. Hesha Withanage,— To ask the Prime Minister and Minister of Buddhasasana, Cultural and Religious Affairs,—(1)
(a) Will he inform this House—
(i) of the number of Dhamma schools registered within Sri Lanka at present;
(ii) of the benefits provided to Dhamma school teachers by the government; and
(iii) of the programmes planned for these volunteer Dhamma school teachers in order to uplift the Dhamma education?
(b) If not, why?
