Hon. Indika Anuruddha Herath,— To ask the Minister of Housing, Construction and Cultural Affairs,—
(a) Will he inform this House—
(i) whether the National Housing Development Authority has recruited officers under the “Participatory development programmes” from 2015 up to date;
(ii) if so, the number of such officers;
(iii) if a monthly salary or an allowance is paid to those officers, the amount so paid;
(iv) whether he submits a document containing the details of each officer so recruited such as the name, address, National Identity Card number, Grama Niladhari division and Divisional Secretariat Division;
(v) the amount of money allocated to implement the relevant projects; and
(vi) the results expected of that project?
(b) If not, why?
