Hon. (Mrs.) Rohini Kumari Wijerathna,— To ask the Minister of City Planning, Water Supply and Higher Education,—
(a) Will he inform this House —
(i) whether he is aware of the fact that people living in the Kaikawala Weragama village of the Raththota electorate which comes under the Matale District are suffering due to the lack of clean drinking water; and
(ii) of the steps that will be taken by the Ministry to provide drinking water to the aforementioned people?
(b) If not, why?
