Hon. Chaminda Wijesiri,— To ask the Minister of Public Administration, Disaster Management and Rural Economic Affairs ,—
(a) Will he inform this House of—
(i) the number of places identified by the National Building Research Organization within Badulla distrct as landslide prone areas;
(ii) the names of those places; and
(iii) the steps taken by the Ministry to safeguard the lives of the people residing in those risky places?
(b) If not, why?
