Hon. Chaminda Wjesiri,— To ask the Minister of Education,—
(a) Will he inform this House—
(i) whether he is aware that there is a school called Ba/ Karandagahamada Vidyalaya in the Meegahavkivula Education Zone in the Viyaluwa electorate;
(ii) if so, separately, the number of students and the number of teachers in the said school;
(iii) whether he is aware that, in the absence of a permanent ground, the sports meet of the said school was held on a nearby road;
(iv) the measures to be taken to address the shortcomings in this school located in a remote area?
(b) If not, why?
