Hon. Hesha Withanage,— To ask the Minister of Power, Energy and Business Development,—
(a) Will he inform this House—
(i) of the steps taken to implement the policy of the government to convert the national grid of Sri Lanka into a Smart Grid;
(ii) whether steps have been taken to develop a Road Map for a Smart Grid; and
(iii) whether he is satisfied with the success of that programme?
(b) If not, why?
