Order under Section 3
By virtue of the powers vested in me by sub-section (3) of section 3 of the Ports and airports development Levy act,
No. 18 of 2011, I, ranil Wickremesinghe, Minister of Finance, Economic stabilization and National Policies do hereby this Order declare that, with effective from March 29, 2024, the Ports and airports development Levy (PaL) shall be :-
