STAMP DUTY (SPECIAL PROVISIONS) ACT, No. 12 OF 2006
Order under Section 3
BY virtue of the powers vested in me under Section 3 of the Stamp Duty (Special Provisions) Act, No. 12 of 2006, 1, Anura Kumara Dissanayake, Minister of Finance, Planning and Economic Development, do by this Order, amend the Order made under that Section and published in the Gazette Extraordinary No. 1465/19 dated October 05, 2006 as last amended by the Order published in the Gazette Extraordinary No. 2104/5 dated December 31, 2018, with effect from April 01, 2025, by the deletion of item 9 of the Schedule thereto and the substitution therefor, of the following item:
