The Prime Minister and Minister of Buddha Sasana and Religious Affairs,— Order under the Drug Dependent Persons (Treatment and Rehabilitation) Act,—That the Order made by the President under Section 2 of the Drug Dependent Persons (Treatment and Rehabilitation) Act, No. 54 of 2007, read with paragraph (2) of Article 44 of the Constitution, and published in the Gazette Extraordinary No. 1653/19 of 12th May 2010, which was presented on 05.08.2010, be approved.
