The Minister of Labour Relations and Productivity Improvement,— Notification under the Employment of Women, Young Persons and Children Act,— Regulations made by the Minister of Labour Relations and Productivity Improvement under Section 31 read with Section 20A of the Employment of Women, Young Persons and Children Act, No. 47 of 1956, in accordance with the guidelines specified in Section 20A of that Act, and published in the Gazette Extraordinary No. 1667/41 of 20th August 2010, which was presented on 09.11.2010, be approved.
