Business in the House Today


The Main Business for this day was the debate on the Resolution under the Public Security Ordinance.

The Emergency Motion was passed with a majority of 76 votes, extending it for another month with effect from 2nd September, 2007. 88 votes were cast in favour of the motion while 12 votes were against it.

The House was adjourned at 1555 Hrs.
