Business in the House Today


At the commencement of Public Business today, the House granted leave to introduce the Private Member Bill entitled “Rahula College Matara Past Students Association (Colombo Branch) (Incorporation)”.

Thereafter, Item No. 1 in the Order Paper was taken up for discussion and adjourned for another day.

Hon. Vijitha Herath moved a Motion at Adjournment time regarding “The Bus fair hike”.

The House was adjourned at 1310 Hrs until 0930 Hrs of 17th July 2007.
