Business Passed in the House Today


The Bill entitled “Ceylon Hotels Corporation (Repeal)” was debated and passed by the House. 46 votes were cast in favour and 30 votes were cast against this Bill, when a vote was taken for the same.

Hon. Joseph Michael Perera MP moved a motion at the adjournment time regarding “Eviction of Tamil Civilians from Colombo Lodges”.

The House was adjourned at 1550 Hrs
