Business Passed in the House Today


6 supplementary estimates were passed in the House with a majority of 20 votes by a division by name. 107 votes were cast in favour, 87 were cast against and 30 Members were absent.

Further, an adjournment motion on express highway Kandy - Colombo was moved by Hon. Lakshman Kiriella MP in the House.

The House was adjourned at 1624 Hrs.
