Regulations made by the President under Section 20 read with Section 14 and sub-section (3) of Section 4 of the Imports and Exports (Control) Act, No. 1 of 1969 as amended by Act, No. 48 of 1985 and Act, No. 28 of 1987 and paragraph (2) of Article 44 of the Constitution (Gazette Extraordinary No. 1754/9 of 18.04.2012)


Vote of Condolence on the Late Hon. General Anurudha Ratwatte, Ex-Member of Parliament, was taken up and to be continued on Friday, May 25th, 2012.


The Parliament was, thereafter adjourned at 1830 Hrs. until 1330 Hrs. on Friday 11th May 2012.
