Today is the Nineteenth Allotted Day of the Appropriation Bill (2012) - "Committee Stage Debate".


Following Items (appearing as Item Nos. 2 to 5 of today’s Order Paper) were passed by the House:-

• Regulations under the Motor Traffic Act
• Two Regulations under the Sri Lanka Sustainable Energy Authority Act
• Annual Report of the Atomic Energy Authority 2008


Motion at the Adjournment Time

Motion at the Adjournment Time on “use of plastic containers for transporting Vegetables” was moved by the Hon. Sujeewa Senasinghe.


The Parliament was, thereafter adjourned at 1635 Hrs. until 0930 Hrs. on Friday 16th December 2011.
