Main Business of the House for Today

The following Items (appearing as Item Nos. 1 to 4 of today’s Order Paper) were passed by the House:-

(i) Two orders under Sri Lanka Export Development Act
(ii) Grant of Citizenship to Persons of Indian Origin (Amendment) Bill
(iii) Grant of Citizenship to Stateless Persons (Special Provisions) - (Amendment) Bill


The Parliament was, thereafter adjourned at 1510 Hrs. until 0930 Hrs. on Friday 9th January 2009.
