Business in the House


At the commencement of Main Business Hon. S. K. Subasinghe was granted leave to introduce the Private Member Bill entitled “Sri Lanka Library Association (Incorporation)”.

In Main Business, Minister of Justice and Law Reforms Hon. Amarasiri Dodangoda moved the Second Reading of the Bill entitled “Commissions of Inquiry (Amendment)”. Thereafter it was referred to the relevant Consultative Committee on the request of Hon. Chief Opposition Whip of Parliament.

The House was adjourned at 1053 Hrs.
