Presentation of Reports from the Committees
(i) The Report of the Sectoral Oversight Committee on Transport and Communication was presented by the Hon. Lakshman Ananda Wijemanne, member of the Committee on behalf of the Chairman of the Committee, the Hon. Chamal Rajapaksa.
(ii) The Report of the Sectoral Oversight Committee on Internal Administration and Public Management was presented by the Hon. Lucky Jayawardana, member of the Committee on behalf of the Chairman of the Committee, the Hon. Gamini Lokuge.
(iii) The Report of the Sectoral Oversight Committee on Youth, Sports, Arts and Heritage was presented by the Hon. Mujibur Rahuman, member of the Committee on behalf of the Chairman of the Committee, the Hon. C. B. Rathnayake.

Motion at the Adjournment Time
Motion at the Adjournment Time on “Providing paddy lands to the people and providing title certificates to paddy lands of the people in Grama Niladhari Divisions of Mullaitivu District” was proposed by the Hon. I. Charles Nirmalanathan.
The Parliament was, thereafter adjourned at 1921 Hrs. until 1300 Hrs. on Wednesday 23rd August 2017.
