Business in the House Today


A Motion to appoint a Select Committee of Parliament to look into the secret pack alleged to have been entered into between the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Ealam (L.T.T.E) and some other persons, moved by Hon. Sripathi Sooriyaarachchi, was passed by the House with an amendment proposed by the government.

A Motion at the adjournment time was moved by Hon. M.M. Pemasiri Manage regarding “Importation of Fish”.

The House was adjourned at 1632 Hrs
