Hon. S. C. Muthukumarana,—To ask the Minister of Agriculture,—
(a) Will he inform this House—
(i) whether the procedure that was followed initially be adopted again when providing the fertilizer subsidy from ‘Yala season’ of year 2018;
(ii) accordingly, the quantity of fertilizer that will be provided to farmers per acre;
(iii) whether the fertilizer subsidy provided to each type of cultivation will be limited; and
(iv) whether that fertilizer subsidy will be provided to other crops as well?
(b) If not, why?
