Hon. Heshan Withanage,— To ask the Minister of Education,—
(a) Will he inform this House—
(i) whether he is aware that there is a school named Dela Tamil Maha Vidyalaya in the Nivithigala education zone in the Ratnapura district;
(ii) the number of students studying in it at present;
(iii) whether he is aware that there is a severe shortage of teachers in that school at present; and
(iv) of the steps the Ministry intends to take to address that shortage of teachers?
(b) If not, why?
