Hon. Padma Udayashantha Gunasekara,—To ask the Minister of Home Affairs,—
(a) Will he inform this House—
(i) the number of government institutions in the Kilinochchi district;
(ii) the number of government institutions that were destroyed by the LTTE terrorists after 1983;
(iii) whether a government accepted valuation has been done on the destroyed properties;
(iv) if so, the total value of the said properties;
(v) whether legal action has been taken against the terrorists who were responsible for the said destruction;
(vi) if so, what those steps are; and
(vii) whether a comprehensive report with regard to the facts that have been inquired in above (i) - (vi) will be submitted?
(b) If not, why?
