(a) Will he inform this House —
(i) whether the requirements of Section 10 of the Fiscal Management (Responsibility) Act No. 3 of 2003 have been fulfilled in respect of the year 2015; and
(ii) if not, the future measures taken in this regard?
(b) If not, why?
