Hon.   Selvam Adaikkalanathan,—  To ask the Minister of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources Development,—

(a) Will he state—

(i) the total stamp subsidy provided to fishermen in the Mannar and Mulliativu Districts; and

(ii) as to why this subsidy been reduced?

(b) If not, why?
