Hon. Dayasiri Jayasekara, Attorney at Law,— To ask the Minister of Defence,— (1)
(a) Will he inform this House —
(i) of the number of advisors appointed to the Ministry of Defence at present;
(ii) of the role of those advisors;
(iii) of the monthly salaries and allowances paid, previous workplace(s), position last held, education qualifications and ages as at 2024 in respect of each of those advisors, separately;
(iv) whether those advisors have been provided with a staff; and
(v) if so, of the names of the staff members assigned to each advisor, their positions, their monthly salaries and allowances and if they are appointed on secondment basis, their previous places of work, separately?
(b) If not, why?
