Hon. (Dr.) Kavinda Heshan Jayawardhana,— To ask the Minister of Power and Energy,—
(a) Will he inform this House—
(i) whether it has been decided to restructure Ceylon Electricity Board;
(ii) if so, the changes to be effected in Ceylon Electricity Board as a result of such restructuring;
(iii) of the total amount of debt to be paid by Ceylon Electricity Board by now; and
(iv) of the measures that will be taken to manage that debt?
(b) If not, why?
