RECIPROCAL RECOGNITION, REGISTRATION AND ENfORCEmENT Of fOREIGN juDGEmENTS ACT, No. 49 Of 2024
Order under Subsection (1) of Section 2
By virtue of the powers vested in me by subsection (1) of Section 2 of the reciprocal recognition registration and Enforcement of Foreign Judgements act, No. 49 of 2024, i, harshana Nanayakkara, minister of Justice and National integration, do by this order declare that the application of the provisions of Part i of the aforesaid act, shall extend to the judgements of courts of the foreign countries specified in the Schedule hereto.
