Order under Sub-section (2) of Section 7
BY virtue of the powers vested in me under Subsection (2) of Section 7 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (Special Provisions) Act, No. 2 of 2013, I, Harshana Nanayakkara, Minister of Justice and National Integration, do by this Order extend for a further period of two years the operation of the provisions of the aforesaid Act, with effect from February 02, 2025.
