Order under Section 2(1)
By virtue of the powers vested in me under Sub-section (1) of Section 2 of the finance act, No. 25 of 2003, i, anura Kumara dissanayake, Minister of finance, Planning and Economic development do by this Order amend the Order published in the Extraordinary Gazette Notification No. 2314/16 dated January 11, 2023, as amended by Extraordinary Gazette Notification No. 2369/27 dated February 01, 2024, Extraordinary Gazette Notification No. 2342/24 dated July 25, 2023 and Extraordinary Gazette Notification No. 2329/19 dated April 25, 2023, by substitution for the item (i), (ii) and (iii) of the Schedule I thereof, of the items in the following Schedule, effective from January 31, 2025.
