PARLIAMENT

Deputy Speaker Hon. Ajith Rajapakse announced today (Sep. 20) that according to the provisions of Article 79 of the Constitution of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, Hon. Speaker has endorsed the certificate on the Bill titled “Chartered Institute of Transport of Sri Lanka (Incorporation) (Amendment)” on 19th September 2023.

Accordingly, the said bill comes into effect as the Chartered Institute of Transport of Sri Lanka (Incorporation) (Amendment) Act No. 18 of 2023 from 19th September 2023.
