PARLIAMENT

Members of Parliament of Uganda Hon. Elijah Okupa and Hon. Abdu Katuntu paid a courtesy call on Speaker Hon. Mahinda Yapa Abeywardene yesterday (Aug. 24) in Parliament.

Members of Parliament invited the Speaker to attend the 27th Speakers and Presiding Officers Conference of the Commonwealth (CSPOC) which will be held in January 2024 in Uganda.

Also, a cordial discussion took place based on the advancement of Uganda – Sri Lanka bilateral relations.
