Hon. Mahinda Yapa Abeywardena, Speaker of Parliament announced to the House today (18), that he endorsed the certificate on the Carriage by Air (Amendment) Bill on the 14th of July 2023.

Accordingly, this Bill will come into effect as the Carriage by Air (Amendment) Act No. 8 of 2023 from 14th July, 2023.
