PARLIAMENT

A special Dharma Deshana program was held yesterday (May 09) at the Parliament premises in honor of the late Hon. Amarakeerthi Athukorala, who passed away a year ago.

The special Dharma Deshana program which was organized by a group of Parliamentarians was conducted by Kotte Naga Viharadhipathi Rajakeeya Panditha, Dharshanapathi Venerable Waturawila Sujata Thero.

Hon. Mahinda Yapa Abeywardana, Speaker of Parliament, Hon. Prasanna Ranatunga, Minister and Chief Government Whip, a representation of Ministers and a representation of the Parliamentary staff were also present at this occasion.
