Presentation of Bills

The Hon. Gayantha Karunatileka, the Chief Government Whip presented the Bill entitled

“Nation Building Tax (Amendment)”

to amend the Nation Building Tax Act, No. 9 of 2009.


Adjournment Motion

Adjournment Motion on “Reports of the Committee on Public Accounts (COPA)” was proposed by the Hon. (Dr.) Nalinda Jayathissa.


The Parliament was, thereafter adjourned at 1830 Hrs. until 1300 Hrs. on Wedneday 20th June 2018.
