Presentation of Reports from the Committees

(i)    The Fifth Report (From 01.03.2017 to 30.06.2017) of the Committee on Public Enterprises was presented by the Chairman of the Committee, the Hon. Sunil Handunnetti.

(ii)    The Report of the Sectoral Oversight Committee on Economic Development was presented by the Chairman of the Committee, the Hon. J. M. Ananda Kumarasiri.

(ii)    Regulations under the Foreign Exchange Act - approved


Motion at the Adjournment Time

Motion at the Adjournment Time on the “Tender for supply of food to the Tri Forces” was proposed by the Hon. Buddhika Pathirana.


The Parliament was, thereafter adjourned at 1750 Hrs. until 1030 Hrs. on Thursday 22nd March 2018.
