Private Members’ Bills

The Hon. Seyed Ali Zahir Moulana was granted leave to introduce the following Bill, entitled

“Thareeqathul Aroosiyyathil Qaadhiriyyah Association of Sri Lanka (Incorporation)”

The above Bill was referred to the Minister of Post, Postal Services and Muslim Religious Affairs for report to Parliament under Standing Order 47(5) of the Parliament.


Adjournment Motion

Adjournment Motion on “Expressways already constructed and to be constructed in future” was proposed by the Hon. Anura Dissanayaka.


The Parliament was, thereafter adjourned at 1954 Hrs. until 1030 Hrs. on Friday 20th October 2017.
