Today is the Eighth Allotted Day of the Appropriation Bill (2017) – “Committee Stage Debate”.

Regulations under the Judicature Act (appearing as Item No. 2 of today’s Order Paper)

were passed by the House.


Motion at the Adjournment Time

Motion at the Adjournment Time on “Problems of bus fare, other ancillary facilities, etc. of Semi-Luxury buses, faced by the commuters” was moved by the Hon. Bimal Rathnayake.


The Parliament was, thereafter adjourned at 1900 Hrs. until 0930 Hrs. on Tuesday 22nd November 2016.
