The following two Bills (appearing as Item Nos. 9 and 10 of today’s Order Paper) were withdrawn with the leave of the House:-

• Penal Code (Amendment)
Motion at the Adjournment Time
Motion at the Adjournment Time on “Proper management of Co-operative Societies” was moved by the Hon. Edward Gunasekara.
The Parliament was, thereafter adjourned at 1915 Hrs. until 1300 Hrs. on Thursday 28th January 2016.
