The above were referred to the Minister of Social Empowerment and Welfare for report to Parliament under Standing Order 47 (5).


Main Business of the House for Today

Six Resolutions under the Appropriation Act, No. 36 of 2013

were passed by the House.


Motion at the Adjournment Time

Motion at the Adjournment Time on “Misappropriation in provisions of food supply for the Armed Force” was moved by the Hon. Buddhika Pathirana.


The Parliament was, thereafter adjourned at 1838 Hrs. until 1300 Hrs. on Wednesday 4th November 2015.
