The Hon. Abdullah Mahrooff was granted leave to introduce the Bill, entitled

“Council of Muslims of Sri Lanka (incorporation)”

The above was referred to the Minister of Social Empowerment and Welfare for report to Parliament under Standing Order 47 (5).


Adjournment Motion

Adjournment Motion on “Resolution passed by the United Nations' Human Rights Commission (UNHRC) in Geneva pertaining to Sri Lanka” was moved by the Hon. Ajith Mannapperuma.


The Parliament was, thereafter adjourned at 1830 Hrs. until 0930 Hrs. on Friday 23rd October 2015.
