Private Members’ Bills
The Hon. (Dr.) (Mrs.) Sudarshini Fernandopulle was granted leave to introduce the Bill, entitled
“Ravichandra Foundation (incorporation)”
The above was referred to the Minister of Social Services, Welfare and Livestock Development for report to Parliament under Standing Order 47 (5).
Main Business of the House for Today
National Medicines Regulatory Authority Bill - Second Reading
was passed by the House and Committee stage of the Bill was postponed for Friday the 06th of March 2015.
Motion at the Adjournment Time
Motion at the Adjournment Time on “Misappropriation of public funds by the previous government” was moved by the Hon. Ajith Mannapperuma.
The Parliament was, thereafter adjourned at 1850 Hrs. until 1330 Hrs. on Friday 6th March 2015.
