The above Bill was referred to the Minister of Industry & Commerce, Resettlement of Protracted Displaced Persons and Co-operative Development for report to Parliament under Standing Order 52 (6) of the Parliament.

Today is the Sixth Allotted Day on the Second Reading Debate of the Appropriation Bill (2019).

Second Reading of the Appropriation Bill (2019) was passed by the House. Division was taken. 119 were in favour while 76 were against it.

The Appropriation Bill (2019) was referred to the Committee of the whole Parliament.


The Parliament was, thereafter adjourned at 1809 Hrs. until 0930 Hrs. on Wednesday 13th March 2019.
