(v) Regulations made by the Minister of Environment under the Section 51 of the Marine Pollution Prevention Act, No. 35 of 2008 (Gazette Extraordinary No. 1741/19 of 19.01.2012)


Vote of Condolence on the late Hon. A.M.D. Rajan, Ex-Member of Parliament, was taken up and completed.


Adjournment Motion

Adjournment Motion on "Fairness and transparency of university admission" was moved by the Hon. Ajith P. Perera.


The Parliament was, thereafter adjourned at 1820 Hrs. until 1300 Hrs. on Tuesday 17th July 2012.
